2. Where and how data is stored

We store most of our data electronically, on a rented server, on office computers, external drives and - to a very limited extent - on our phones. We process data through IT tools used by the Foundation team and collaborators: primarily email and the cloud for file storage. We keep some data in the form of paper records at the Foundation’s headquarters.

We do not make automated decisions based on your personal data, including decisions resulting from profiling.

3. Data processors

We entrust the processing of personal data to the parties with which we permanently cooperate and which are responsible for accounting and IT services. The parties are obliged to protect personal data.

In some situations, we transfer data to the necessary extent to other recipients (e.g. trainers, educators, subcontractors). In such cases, we always inform of this in advance, e.g. during registration.

4. Rights of individuals whose data we process

All persons whose data we process have the right to access the content of their data, the right to obtain a copy of their data, as well as the right to request revision and, in certain cases, deletion or restriction of the processing.

If you no longer wish to receive invitations and information, please send an e-mail to: biuro@projektpolska.pl (using clear wording, e.g. ‘unsubscribe me from the mailing list’). If you request the deletion of your data from our contact database or object to its processing, we will delete it and will not send you any information you do not want.

Individuals whose data we process on the basis of our legitimate interest may object by stating that they do not wish us to use their data in this way.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. However, if you notice a problem, please let us know about it as well. We are working hard to protect your rights in the best possible way.
